Add option to enable background flashing when kiai starts and possibly at combo numbers (eg every 100 consecutive clicks)

Hi,
I’d like to suggest adding an option to enable background flashing/changing dim when Kiai mode starts/duration of Kiai, and possibly at specific combo milestones (e.g., every 100 consecutive hits). This feature was present in the previous version of osu!, and I believe reintroducing it would increase excitement during gameplay and feel a sense of rhythm.

If this has been mentioned before, I apologize for the repetition, but I feel it would be a great addition to the current Kiai experience.
