Optionally Build "Rev 1" ROM

Platinum had a re-release during its retail cycle that is recognized as Verified on dat-o-matic: https://datomatic.no-intro.org/index.php?page=show_record&s=28&n=4997

Ideally, we should provide support to build this target instead of the current target (3541). We may optionally consider shifting the default to 4997, since it is the "most current" release.

Some preliminary sniffing around online suggests that the re-release fixes some issues with the GTS and corrects some typographical errors in some text banks. These claims are currently unverified.
