Current behavior

It is not possible to put the value 0 in the component with the arrows up and down.
If we write 0 in the component the value disappear when the component loses the focus.

Expected behavior

It is possible to put the value 0 in the component with the arrows up and down.
If we write 0 in the component, the value does not disappear when the component loses the focus.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

You write a zero in the component and click outside the component, the number disappear
You press the arrows up or down and the zero does not appear.
