Describe the bug

When <Divider layout="vertical" type="dotted"/> is used, divider is not being show.

The issue is due to missing styles in Divider.vue.
The style at line no: 126 which is a dupicate of previous one which needs to be updated with correct style for vertical dotted divider.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Use <Divider layout="vertical" type="dotted"/> in any primevue application.

Expected behavior

Shoud be able to see a vertical dotted line when usinf <Divider layout="vertical" type="dotted"/>.
