When "notrevoked" is not specified in a disclosure result (which happens), it defaults to "false" upon json unmarshalling:

irmago/verify.go

Line 41 in a72a416

NotRevoked bool `json:"notrevoked,omitempty"`

Whence all attributes that do not specify "notrevoked" are revoked according to irmago.
