Myirmaserver /irma/ endpoints do not inherit CORS configuration #368

The /irma/ endpoints of the myirmaserver have other CORS headers as all other endpoints of the myirmaserver. This means that the CORS middleware of the myirmaserver only handles a subset of the endpoints.
