Editing content without decryption keys is unpolished

Right now users can edit content while they do not have the decryption key. Changes appear to be saved, but cannot be displayed. There is some inconsistency here.

If we don't have the key we shouldn't be able to edit the content.

Alternatively, if we want users to be able to edit content they no longer possess the keys to, the content should be re-keyed to enable viewing.
