Feature Request: implement XEP-0470: Pubsub Attachments

Hello,

I am the lead developer of Libervia (https://libervia.org ), which makes extensive use of the Pubsub feature, particularly for blogging functionalities. I authored XEP-0470: Pubsub Attachments, which is designed to facilitate features such as likes, reactions, and signing (XEP-0475).

Implementing support for XEP-0470 in ejabberd's pubsub/PEP service would be beneficial for platforms that rely on these extended functionalities.
