We're stuck on v3+ waiting for sphinx-doc/sphinx#10089 to be merged.

When we're good, the only thing to do is remove the sphinx block in renovate.json

It's merged ! Now just need to wait for Sphinx 5.1.0 which will be the first version we can use again ! Woo \o/

5.1.0 is out ! But this pypi page is sticll cached by CDN, and because of this, poetry can't seen the release, so we need to wait for the timeout.
