For example, if we create a Place for "New College, Oxford" which is part of Oxford University, do we create a Place for Oxford University? But then Oxford is part of many consortia, such as IIIF, which definitely should not be Places.

The idea then is to import only information from a cross-class mapping (e.g. ULAN as a Place) about the record itself, and no relationships to other records.
