Feature Request: Matrix Receiver

Feature request for adding a matrix receiver to the available matrix reciever endpoints.

Context

Matrix is an open protocol for decentralised, secure communications.

Implementation

There is a stable bot-sdk for Golang, matrix-go.
Matrix also has some developer documentation for general concepts around the ecosystem.

The bot (AppService) user experience in Matrix is similiar to Telegram.

You may contact a bot directly or invite it to a room explicitly.
As such the configuration would likely contain the authentication credentials and chat/group ids for publishing messages in the appropiate channels.
