can't open an ontology with the web app

I tried to open up an ontology called RiC-O on webProtégé for multiple times and on different devices but it doesn't work. I saved it up as an rdf and I uploaded it but whenever i open the project it doesn't appear.

I tried this multiple times via Create New Project, I've seen an Upload New Project button on the wiki but I don't see it on my account.
