What do you need?

procure an account to setup a temporary (a couple of months at most) AWS environment for a few small nodes (private bootstrap + libp2p relays and servers)

Why do you need it?

Create a network to support development and deployment of libp2p/universal-connectivity#1
Chiefly need to run a private bootstrap node
