Arrange places items too close to edge of build area

Description of the bug

When skirt is turned on, arrange can place parts too close to the build area's edge causing the skirt to be sliced outside of the build area

Hi, in 2.6.0 there is a new arrange parameter ''Spacing from bed" that keeps distance from the edge. This should help to eliminate these cases... See also #8442
But this does not help in your specific case, where a model is too large. There is no space for a skirt. So, I see the only solution is to switch the skirt off to be albe to print the main part.
