[Google Summer of Code] Second Phase Progress Update

Okay so just highlighting here that for this phase, as was mentioned in my timeline, I will be operating on the following issues.

• General debugging at Various possible features, to-dos, and bugfixes to be broken out #87
• Setting up a Jest test suite for matcher-cli w/ suitable documentation, demos, and usage examples.
• Resuming work on Automated image matching and stitching using matcher-core library #312 once @jywarren and I are done with the issues over at matcher-core.
