add "take a photo" as alternative to "Choose file" in initial load image step

What happened just before the problem occurred? Or what problem could this idea solve?

Currently, only "Choose File" is available as a option. Add another option besides that for taking a picture.

What did you expect to see that you didn't?

A "Choose Photo" button
