OK, we'll be getting things going again this week -- a bit of a backlog but I hope we'll be back on track in a few days. Thanks everyone and happy new year! |
Hi, folks - a couple things to share:
A brief pause for the year's end
First, I'm going to be away for the next week without much internet and so we won't be doing a lot of merging in of pull requests, but there's been so much good collaboration over the past few months that I'd like to ask everyone to please be extra helpful to one another when I can't be there. Many of you have in the past, and there are new faces pitching in as well.
Community Survey
If you've been following my software-outreach posts (where there's just been a post about Codes of Conduct and Friendliness), you'll note that we've been putting together a community survey with @ebarry on behalf of the Public Lab non-profit, and we'd like to ask everyone to take a few minutes to fill it out.
We put a lot into making our community a welcoming place, but we need to better understand what works and what doesn't.
So please, give us your thoughts in this anonymous form -- we'll post the results at the end and we can all learn about ourselves!

I won't do this much, but I'm going to name everyone who's contributed, as well as folks with open pull requests, here -- hello, and thank you for a wonderful few years of coding! We have a fantastic project and we couldn't have done it without you!
