Investigate OncotreePrimaryDiagnosis field validation

OncotreePrimaryDiagnosis is a field which can have valid values from the oncotree of MSKCC.

http://oncotree.mskcc.org

The field in CTIMS editor will have to ensure that values entered are from the valid list of oncotree.

Oncotree gets periodically upgraded. The validation process must also follow this upgradation.
