To propagate hotfxes in the SDK generation layer and its interaction with Pulumi Core SDKs, it would be very convenient to have some automation that takes a @pulumi/pulumi release number and makes sure that all providers and their SDKs are upgraded to at least that version of SDK generators and Core SDK references and that the upgrades are released.
Follow up on #1104 where we are finding that ensuring that all the providers are up-to-date quickly is quite tedious.
