Issue details

From #353 and #348 it appears that GitHub app based authentication is supported (as it is in the terraform provider).

However, neither the Install & config overview nor the repo README mention that app based authentication is an option.

There is a Reference section in the README that links to the github provider docs, but it appears to go to the wrong URL (it goes to the github.Repository resource docs, not the provider docs)
