Create a multi-cloud template

It would be helpful to have a mutli-cloud template available for users to showcase how easy it is to start with writing a program that functions in multiple clouds.

@mnlumi This seems like a very reasonable suggestion. Do you have any ideas on a practical use case/example?

• Log aggregation from compute instances or serverless tasks from the three clouds into one cloud. This will require IAM roles and access policies as well.
• An application deployment across multiple clouds from a centralized deployment pipeline.
• Storage bucket objects like backups or archives that need to be moved to a central location from multiple clouds.
