Add a way for the Fixtable to render a column as a link instead of just text

Technically you can do this using custom cell components, but it's likely to be such a common use case that it'd make sense to just build this in directly (by specifying a "link" column in the column def, perhaps?) instead of forcing all consumers to create a component wrapper for their link-to.
