Remove internal requests

Each server will have a guardian, and that guardian is solely responsible to managing all things docker for that server.

As such, the concept of internal requests should not exists. For cross server interactions, this should be done through notify or jobs.

This issues, will remove the destroy and build logs out of internal, and therefore remove the entire /internal routes.
