Pyfa does not reopen fits on opening

Bug Report

Expected behavior:

Pyfa has previously, and should, re-open fits that were opened previously.

Actual behavior:

Pyfa does not open fits I had open in previous session.

Detailed steps to reproduce:

Not sure, just open Pyfa and no fits open anymore.

@Boogaa I just tested on 2.59.2 and it works. Can you confirm the proper setting is on in Preferences?

I haven't been involved in pyfa in a while, but I do recall that if pyfa crashed it would not set the fittings to be reloaded on startup. It only works if pyfa exits cleanly.
