pip3 install psycopg2-2.7.5.tar.gz
output
_psycopg.cpython37mx86_64linuxgnu.so, md5 changes every build
I found Build ID changes ,
so how to special Build ID?

Hi, if you're talking about how to get deterministic builds then see #6505, where there is some discussion on it. If not, can you please provide more information to help us understand?
