Windows: Support content scaling

As far as I know pyglet do support content scaling on windows now. We should enable this by default.

I recently got a laptop with a 4k screen and the default 720p window is more or less a postage stamp on the screen. There's no chance this old man can even start understanding what's going on in this window area ... or have any chance of reading any text 😆
