Ensure we are still compatible with the latest erasure coding implementation in Polkadot-SDK introduced in paritytech/polkadot-sdk#3065

Also compare benchmarks

Checked, KAGOME is till compatible and benchmarks show the same results (KAGOME's EC is twice faster)
