DB Manager Relating to the DB Manager core plugin Feature Request

Feature description

When a table is renamed or is moved to another schema any existing styles in the layer_styles table are no longer associated with the table. While the layer_styles table can be updated manually it would be convenient if the user was prompted to optionally update the relevant styles so they reference the new schema/table name.

The DB Manager supports renaming a PostGIS table via right-clicking on a table name and choosing Rename... and moving a table to another schema via Table > Move to Schema when a table is selected. We are proposing that when using this functionality and associated styles are found in the layer_styles table the user is prompted with a dialog box asking if they would like to update the layer_styles table to retain the association.

I'm raising this feature request on behalf of https://www.oceanwinds.com/ who we (@AstunTechnology) are supporting.
