Initial Bootstrap Instructions

Ensure docker container for admin-cli has all the required env.
ssh into admin-cli container, make sure you have atleast 1gb ram alloted to the container
run ./admin.sh bootstrap --workspace-name superkalam --workspace-domain kalam.in
