How would be the best way of getting throughput measurements on a greater than 10Mbps bottleneck?

That will be difficult due to ns3's inherent resource usage.

@Rjvs you could possibly replace ns3 by using a real link between client and server. I forked quic-interop-runner some months ago to make that possible: https://gitlab.cs.fau.de/sedrubal/masterarbeit/quic-interop-runner/
