feat: Add support for Microsoft Azure Linux 3.0

Microsoft Azure Linux 3.0 has gone "GA".

There's an x86_64 ISO available from the project README.

I have tested this ISO in quickemu 4.9.6 and it works fine. However, it doesn't seem to eject the ISO after first install. I don't know how common that is among non-Ubuntu ISOs.
