I would like to complete the translation of Turkish language

Hi, I'm Rasim. I'm a senior computer engineering student and software developer. Learn Go with Tests really helped me learn Go. And I really would like to contribute to this project.

The Reason

Even though I studied with the English version, I think that the Turkish version is not finished and its completion will be useful for other people who want to learn. When I checked GitBook, I saw that the Turkish translation was left incomplete and there was no Turkish translation after the concurrency section.

How and when will it be completed?

If you permit, I can translate sections part by part and push completed sections to the existing Turkish translations. I can complete translation in (total) 2 months.
