Find a way to make the graph diagrams output by Atlas more structured

Now it's sometimes a bit hard to read when all different kinds of converters are standing listed on top of each other, like import, production, export, conversions, etc.

I'm not exactly sure how to do this in an elegant way though...

Would it somehow be possible to link the layout of the graph produced by Atlas to the one in etengine?
