[Enhancement Request] Separate drop downs for groups and users

In the present version there is single nested menu for groups and users.
This is kinda tricky to navigate in my experience.
It's much easier if there are two distinct drop-downs, like in https://github.com/BIOP/qupath-extension-biop-omero
