The UPI validation API provided by Razorpay does not function anymore.

This issue is for tracking a replacement API provider.

I am reopening this issue as the Juspay API - while still functioning - is returning "verified" as the name for valid UPI addresses instead of returning the name associated with their bank account. This change was introduced sometime after the Juspay API was added to this project.

@anantshri this breaks the debug push you had made. There should be a except block to address it. I'll add it soon.

The API is now no longer functional. I will update this issue with more information soon.
