Hoje o Jenkins tá sem login, seria legal criar um usuário de login para o jenkins.

Obs: eu criei um usuário/senha no Jenkins de produção, mas foi manual. A tarefa se refere a criar isso de forma automatizada na receita radar::jenkins.
