importar_dados.sh não funciona no provisionamento com Vagrant #30

Os dados do Radar não são importados no provisionamento com o Vagrant.

Ao se logar na VM provisionada pelo Vagarnt e executar manualmente o script, o erro é o seguinte:

  Forbidden (403)
  CSRF verification failed. Request aborted.

Esse erro vem no HTMLde resposta às requisições que o script faz.

Obs1: template do script: https://github.com/radar-parlamentar/implantacao/blob/master/cookbooks/radar/templates/default/importar_dados.sh.erb

Obs2: também não tenho certeza se o script tá funcionando no uso da receita sem o Vagrant.
