Lighthouse accessibility reports tool says that: "Buttons do not have an accessible name".
This happens because of the way how radio button got rendered, as a child of a label element... without aria-lebel or aria-labeledby.
So accessibility checker "Lighthouse" saying that component has accessibility issues. I would like to fix it on my side, but since this logic is incapsulated inside RadioGroupPrimitive.Item, I thought maybe it is better be fixed on Radix side...
