get_transaction_data
get_history_transaction_data
测试方法
1、获取000333的价格，返回正常
2、获取110059的价格，返回的价格，自动乘以10倍。

@msincenselee 这个在之前issue里面回答过了你先获取list的时候就有合约乘数
