Is there any possibility of getting an option to snap a screenshot?

Given the limitations of the hardware, the way I can see it working is I would I connect to settings/web UI through my phone as usual, then a tap of the appropriate button would instruct the firmware to temporarily freeze the capture process (like the option in the "Developer" tab), dump the raw framebuffer data to the settings UI on the phone, and resume capture.

The settings UI would then convert the raw image to PNG and save it out.
