Some issues with PCE CD Games

The game 4 in 1 super CD when I start gate of thunder and it goes into a scene where the logo gets up close it does the sound and then the sound stays EEEERRRR and it doesn't stop until I start the actual game however if I skip the sequence where the logo gets close this doesn't happen
Another issue is valis 2 in the intro cutscene when it gets into the scene where the guy in the cape comes behind the protagonist it keeps on the audio of the scene that it's supposed to show next but it doesn't and when I try to press start it doesn't let me do anything however if I start the game and then press skip before the whole opening scene it works just fine
