Hi, would it be possible to integrate the mtDNA gnomAD scores into the next annotation package release - they seem to be provided separately from the main genome (https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/downloads#v3-mitochondrial-dna).

hi, that's true, they're somehow provided as a separate dataset from the current version v3.1.2 and that's the reason why they're not part of the package, but I'll try to integrate them somehow for the next release. I'll keep you posted in this space.
