Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently vscode-yaml does not support VSCode for the web.

I don't know what technical issue limit this usage, but it would be very convenient to be able to use vscode-yaml on VSCode Web

Describe alternatives you have considered

Keep using vscode-yaml on desktop.
