"Time to review" ie. the time taken to get the first review on a Pull Request is another valuable metric to predict.
For many communities, it is hard to get reviewers and having an estimate around TTR can encourage or get more people involved in doing reviews. Extend this tool to also predict the TTR on Pull Requests.
