Tool to pretty print the test program, replacing kind enums with strings
Tool that given input program, and given layer and counter value, tells you exactly where the next increment was supposed to be in the test program
(Dream) Tool that runs the test iteratively shrinking the different program dimensions (test size, available commands, etc) until it passes
