Generate Report for Notes: Remove all Fields?

Tinkering with Zotero for my studies and now searching for a way to export my notes for usage in exams. To do so, I'd love to remove anything from the Zotero Report, except the content of the note itself. How to do so?

As you can see in the following screenshot there is only a trash icon for Tags, but not for Related. There is a zotero link as well (in red), which does not seem to be removeable. Using Zotero Standalone v5.0.84.

What am I doing wrong? ;)
