This probably affects only audiostream downloads. Relevant issue mps-youtube/pafy#199.

For the time being, we could just add this header "Range": "bytes=0-" when downloading streams as mentioned in mps-youtube/pafy#199 (comment) to fix on download speeds on relatively smaller downloads.
