  1. Function to detect plagiarism in R codes as well as the paper (similarity detect)

I found two packages that are helpful with this, SimilarR (https://journal.r-project.org/articles/RJ-2020-017/RJ-2020-017.pdf) and textreuse (https://github.com/ropensci/textreuse)

  1. Function to evaluate references

    • To verify whether the paper cites relevant and influential work in the field

    • Whether the references cited align with the scope and focus of the journal

    • Relevance of the cited references to the content of the paper

    • To evaluate reference formatting

  2. Function to rate reviewers
