using flexselect with jquery 2.2

I am using flexselect jquery with jquery version 2.2.
In this key up and key down is not working properly

I just tried the demo page with jQuery 2.2.2. Up and down keys worked as expected.

@rmm5t Not sure if this is related as I just checked as well. Looks like it doesn't work with a disabled entry. The second row on the demo has one if you clear the input.

@virgofx Oh. I see. The keyboard navigation doesn't jump past disabled entries. Reopening this issue.

One more issue with it, it does not select the element on 0 index

@aroradinesh03 Personally, I've been too busy with client work to focus on this any time soon, but a pull request to fix this is very much welcome.
