compartment strength score

I used your tool to analysis compartment strength score per arm, but in the results , it missed some arms , like chr13p , chr14p , I looked up the eigenvector results calculated by cooltools. its shows empty in that region too. I just wonder why this happened.

I also checked your example file WT and WAPL. The results in these region are also empty. I am curious about whether something special in these region?

Likely, these are acrocentric chromosomes and there is insufficient data there to assert compartment scores at that part.
